  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

 

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 15-30 days to process.

  • Exchanges: If you would like a different product, please email us at contact@claydeperfume.com and return the original item. Products must be unused.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
